- Orders based in Canada are shipped from Vancouver, BC, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days after the package is shipped.

International Shipments

- For shipments outside of Australia, Canada, the United States of America, and US Territories, it is considered an international shipment and requires an order of 20 seeds or more or a minimum subtotal of $200.
- Customers are fully responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or additional charges applied by customs.
- We use discreet shipping methods exclusively.
- Before placing your order, please ensure that the provided email address and phone number are local to your country, accurate, and accessible.
- All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
- We do not guarantee an 80% germination rate for international orders.
- Transit delays may occur, and there are no established arrival dates, but all packages are sent with USPS Tracking Numbers.

- USD/CAD pricing is available for all USA/Canada orders once the country is selected at checkout.
- We accept Credit or Debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo for customers registering in the USA or Canada.

- Money orders made to Rocket Seeds AU or referencing “Seeds” will be returned to the sender for an updated one.
- E-Transfer is an accepted form of payment for all Canadian Orders.
- MoneyGram payments are accepted electronically.
- Orders over $420 are subject to signature and identity confirmation upon purchase, as well as signature upon delivery. All sales are final.
- Coupons cannot be combined and cannot be applied on top of ongoing promotions or sales.
- If you have previous credit or coupons promised from previous orders, a new order must be placed as cash to redeem them. Customers must call in to speak with a representative to apply credits, coupons, and payment for the current order.
Delivery & Shipment Issues
- All sales are considered final, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
- Orders with a subtotal below $200 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $20.
- Australian customers orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking.
- For US customers in all 50 states and US territories, orders are shipped domestically from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking.
- Canadian customer orders are shipped domestically from Vancouver, BC, via Canada Post.
- Packages are typically shipped with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days for USA and Canadian orders and 2-3 weeks for Australian orders from the day the tracking number is applied. This time frame may vary depending on the postal carrier.
- For any delays or issues that occur after the package has left the warehouse, the recipient or customer must file a claim with their local mail carrier using the links provided below:

- Packages that are lost in transit or stolen require a Postal Service claim number for reshipment.
- Packages with a confirmed “Delivered” status require a Postal Service claim number. Secondary packages must be shipped with signature verification or an updated address.
Germination Guarantee

- We cannot guarantee germination rates below 80% if the provided germination method sent with every order is not followed.
- After a taproot is produced, to ensure seed survival, place it into plain potting soil with:
- NO nutrients & NO Fertilizers
- Once sprouts appear in the soil, the germination guarantee has been met, and the plant’s overall outcome is the responsibility of the grower’s personal method.
- All sales are considered final, and there are no refunds or exchanges.
- Rocket Seeds AU is not responsible for any environmental responses the plants may exhibit.
- An 80% germination rate is promised for any pack size when the germination guide is correctly followed.
- We will not honor germination attempts using any water other than bottled spring water. Tap water, RO water, distilled water, well water, etc., do not qualify for replacements if the germination rate is below 80%.
- No germination guarantee will be provided for seeds placed into a bag, covered in any way, or used with a seed/heating mat during the germination attempt.
- Each order is eligible for a one-time product replacement.
- Orders are eligible for the germination guarantee for up to two years after purchase, provided that seeds are properly stored, and the correct germination method is used.
